麻豆传媒映画 Live: Summer Series presents, "Hanging from the Beam: Harpers Ferry and the Execution of John Brown,鈥漺ith 麻豆传媒映画 faculty member Tom McGrath. This program focuses on Brown鈥檚 failed attempt to start a slave insurrection at Harpers Ferry, Virginia, his trial, and public execution. It will follow Brown鈥檚 body through the Adirondacks to his final resting place in North Elba

The session is part of 麻豆传媒映画 Live: Summer Series and will be held via Zoom Thursday, Aug. 20 at 7 p.m. It is free, although pre-registration is required so invitation details can be sent to participants. To register, visit www.nccc.edu/live.
