Grievance Process:

A grievance refers to a complaint or concern from a student, staff, or faculty member at Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­.  If a student, staff, or faculty member believes that they have been negatively impacted or that a policy/procedure has been violated, the individual may file A WRITTEN REPORT.  

STEPS TO FILING A REPORT:

1. Background Information is the person writing the report.
2. Involved Parties may include the person writing the report plus others (if applicable). Click "Add Another" to add more names.
3. Under Information, select Report Type to allow the form to dynamically change based on your selection. Then follow the prompts.
4. Attach any relevant materials, if appropriate, under Supporting Documentation.
 
Do NOT use this site to report events which present an immediate threat to safety or security. If this is an emergency, please contact Emergency Response by dialing 9-1-1. Urgent campus concerns may be reported by calling the Administrator-on-Call at 518-354-0023.
