Mindfulness and Mental Health

ΒιΆΉ΄«Γ½Σ³» Live: Summer Series presents βMindfulness and Mental Healthβ with Angela Brice of ΒιΆΉ΄«Γ½Σ³». Thursday, June 18 at 7 p.m. via Zoom.
Part of being healthy is recognizing and exploring our mental health and well-being. During this session, we will explore what is means to be aware of our mental health, as well as how to integrate mindfulness into our every day lives.
